CULTURAL HOT-SPOT

Tom and Nancy served me an excellent cup of (organic fair trade) coffee this morning at Books on the Hill (12 Centre St. E., Richmond Hill). We had a wide ranging conversation about the emergence of several promising new artistic ventures in the area, including the Richmond Hill Centre For The Peforming Arts and the Words Alive Literary Festival. We agreed that there are actually large numbers of people around here who are passionate about the performing arts and really excited about what's happening.
